Terms of service.

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. By booking a cleaning service ("Service") with Camelback Cleaners ("we," "us," "our"), you ("Client," "you") are agreeing to these legally binding Terms.

1. Service Agreement

By scheduling a Service with Camelback Cleaners, you agree to abide by all policies and terms outlined herein. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Camelback Cleaners.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • Quotes: The price quoted on our website at the time of booking is an estimate based on the information you provide. We reserve the right to adjust the price upon arrival if the home's condition is not as described (e.g., excessive clutter, post-construction debris, or heavy soil).

  • Initial Deep Clean Policy: For all new recurring service clients, the first appointment is an Initial Deep Clean and will be charged at our deep cleaning rate. All subsequent, regularly scheduled appointments will be charged at the lower, standard recurring rate.

  • Payment: Payment is due in full upon completion of the Service. We require a valid credit card on file to schedule your appointment. We may place a temporary hold on the card prior to the service. Your card will be charged automatically after the cleaning is complete.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules change. We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee.

  • Lock-Out Fee: If our cleaning professional arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to access the property for any reason (e.g., lockbox issue, no one is home), a lock-out fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.

4. 24-Hour Satisfaction Guarantee (Re-Clean Policy)

Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee.

  • If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our Service, you must notify us within 24 hours of the service completion. We require you to provide photos of the specific areas of concern.

  • We will send a cleaning professional back to your home to re-clean the specific areas that were missed, at no additional cost to you.

  • We do not offer refunds. Our guarantee is to correct any issues by performing a re-clean.

5. Client Responsibilities for Access and Safety

  • Access: You agree to provide our cleaning professionals with safe and unimpeded access to the property, including any necessary keys, codes, or instructions.

  • Utilities: The property must have running water and electricity for us to perform our services.

  • Safety: You agree to provide a safe working environment. This includes securing any pets that may pose a threat and notifying us of any potential hazards.

  • Clutter: To provide the highest quality clean, we ask that you provide an environment free of excessive clutter. Areas that are not accessible will not be cleaned. Our professionals are not trained to organize personal items.

6. Independent Contractor Relationship

Camelback Cleaners is a referral agency. We partner with Scottsdale's top-rated, independent cleaning professionals ("Contractors") to provide our services. Your home will be cleaned by a fully vetted, insured, and background-checked Contractor who provides their own cleaning supplies and equipment.

7. Limitation of Liability; Breakage and Damage Policy

  • Our service is insured and bonded. In the unfortunate event of breakage or damage, you must notify us within 24 hours and provide a photo of the item.

  • Our liability for any damage is limited to the actual cash value of the item. We are not liable for items of sentimental or irreplaceable value. We recommend securing any such items before the cleaning.

  • We are not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation of an item, or pre-existing damage.

8. Service Limitations and Exclusions

Our cleaning professionals will not perform the following services:

  • Work on ladders or at heights that require more than a two-step stool.

  • Lift or move items weighing more than 25 pounds.

  • Clean the exterior of windows.

  • Clean up biohazardous materials (e.g., blood, mold, animal or human waste).

  • Clean properties with active pest or insect infestations.

  • Perform any tasks outside the agreed-upon scope of work.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

Camelback Cleaners reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Effective Date" will be updated. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
